We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise to arrive once your order is placed.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped.

If your item should arrive damaged from shipment please contact us immediately at orders@handmade-custom-pens.com
Should you be less than fully satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us within 21 calendar days of purchase for exchange or refund.

Please note that the item must be undamaged and in new/resalable condition.

Wrap the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your invoice that came with your shipment. If you do not have the invoice, send us an e-mail at orders@handmade-custom-pens.com to obtain a return authorization.

Please return by US Mail only. Remember: Please return the item(s) in its original packaging for best protection. We recommend that you insure your shipment in case of loss in transit. The return will be reflected on your credit card within 30 days after receipt in our offices. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. We ship most if not all of our products free of charge by USPS mail. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item should they apply.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
